The warning, on an edit case

Where her caution sits when the team member hits send

Before — today
Maple Grove Animal Hospital
Website edit · Dr. Alex Rivera
⚠ Heads up. The reply tells Dr. Rivera the campaign is "time-based," but I don't actually know that — I half-inferred it. Verify before you send.
↓ she scrolls down to send…
✓ Handled — goes live on your send

At the moment she sends, the only thing on screen is "handled — goes live on your send." The warning has scrolled off the top.
After — option C (warning rides the send)

…her full read is still up here…
⚠ Before you send: you told Dr. Rivera "time-based" but you're not sure — verify it, or a wrong start date misleads them.

Now the warning is welded to the send moment — she can't commit without seeing it.

The three options

C — warning rides the sendmy rec
The caution sits on the "goes live on your send" block (the after, above). One small targeted change; closes the gap.
A — rebuild the whole edit layout
Same idea as C but applied across the entire edit screen. Most consistent, most work, touches more of the protected screen.
B — leave it in her notes
No change. The warning stays at the top (the before). Free, but the gap stays open on the highest-stakes cases.
